Can I customise my set box?
We allow some flexibility in our set boxes. Requests can be made by leaving a note in your cart, for example: "no onions or capsicum, extra bananas and broccoli instead". We will do our best to accommodate your requests and we will ensure to cater for any exclusions requested, however we cannot guarantee to be able to supply items that are requested for inclusion.

Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Subscribe with Gold Coast Organics and receive your certified organic fruit and vegetables on a regular basis. It is easy to subscribe and subscriptions are flexible - you can skip a delivery, modify your subscription, or cancel at any time.
To subscribe, you will activate your subscription by making a payment for the first order. After your first delivery, payment is automatically deducted the Tuesday before your next delivery is due so you won't need to do a thing except enjoy your beautiful fresh certified organic produce.
How do I activate a subscription?
Activating a subscription is almost as easy as placing an order. Choose the set box you would like to have delivered, select the option to “Subscribe for regular delivery”, select your delivery frequency, and then add it to your cart. When you are finished adding items to your cart, view the cart, and complete the checkout process by letting us know the delivery address and making a payment for your first order. Once completed, your subscription will be active.
When can I order?
You can activate your subscription at any time. If you activate your subscription before midday on Wednesday, we will pack and deliver your order on the Friday, otherwise your subscription will start the following Friday.
When will payment be deducted?
Payment for your first order is made when you activate your subscription. For each subsequent order, payment is automatically deducted from your nominated account on the Tuesday before your delivery is due.
What products can I subscribe with?
Our set boxes are available for subscription from our website. You can get the fruit and veg box, the fruit box and/or the vegetable box. Regular delivery of fresh produce and/or groceries items is available on request. Just get in contact with us and let us know what items you would like on a regular basis.
Can I add groceries or fresh produce to my first order?
You can add grocery items and fresh produce items to your first order as a one-time delivery. These items will be delivered with your first subscription delivery, your regular deliveries will not include these added items.
Can I have groceries or fresh produce on subscription?
We offer regular delivery of grocery items and fresh produce items on request. We do not have the option to subscribe to these via our website. To receive regular delivery, just get in contact with us and let us know what items you would like on a regular basis.
Due to seasonality and availability, some items may not be available all year round. We will get in touch when this occurs and may need to suspend the regular delivery of these items until they are available again.
I have an active subscription, can I purchase additional items and have them delivered with my order?
Yes, you can! If you would like to add grocery items, fresh produce items, or more produce boxes to your next delivery, you can do this online in your account. Just log into your account, select 'Manage Subscriptions', select 'Add a Product' and then add the products you would like delivered. 'One-time' products will only be added to the next delivery.
How do I manage my subscription?
Managing your subscription is easy. Just log into your account on our website by selecting ‘Log In’ at the top of the window. Once you have signed in, select the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ link and then the 'Edit' button to manage your active subscription. From here, you can update subscription details, skip deliveries, add 'one-time' products to your next delivery, and more.
Can I skip deliveries?
Yes, you can skip deliveries! Whether you are going on holidays or perhaps have enough fruit and vegetables for the week, you have the flexibility to skip deliveries. You can do this online in your account, or you can contact us and we can skip them for you. Do I need to subscribe?
You do not need to subscribe to order our fruit and vegetable boxes. We offer the option to only purchase the week’s box. Keep in mind that you will not receive the benefits of subscriptions such as the convenience of not needing to order each week, and the savings on subscriptions.
How do I save with subscriptions?
Convenience is not the only benefit of subscriptions, Gold Coast Organics subscribers will also receive a $5 discount on their produce box subscriptions.
